Cancellations
1. Alterations
Please find that once a booking has been confirmed you may only make alterations by giving 3 months’ notice prior to your arrival date. You are limited to (1) one complementary alteration per reservation, after this if any further changes are required, a penalty of USD$75.00 will apply. This includes but is not limited to party size, dates, names, accommodations and flight changes. All alterations are subject to availability.
2. Cancellation
Cancellation of a confirmed booking more than 6 months prior to arrival will receive a full Resort Fee Credit. Cancellation between 6 months and 3 month prior to arrival will receive a 50% Resort Fee Credit. Cancellation within 3 month prior to arrival, the Service Fee will be forfeited in its entirety.
**Resort fee Credit will be valid for 2 years from the date it was given.
