
Resort Regulations & Information
“Parzel Vacation Stays (“PVS”), acting with authorization of Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club (“LHVC”), provides the following information:”
Check-In
Check-in time for all accommodations is 3 PM.
You are required to meet at the Reception Desk to check-in, you must do so no later than 5 PM on
the day of arrival. Should you arrive to the resort after 5 PM, you will only be able to check-in by paying
the current walk-in rate for the first night and will be issued non VIP bands. In order to check-in under
your VIP reservation you must meet with Reception Desk no later than 11 AM the following day.
Check-in will not be permitted if the Lead Passenger is not present.
For early check-in you must inquire with the Reception Desk directly (Extra cost)
Only Passports/Dominican ID (Cedula) will be accepted at check-in. Failure to present these
documents will result in check-in being denied.
Check-out
Check-out time for all accommodations is 11:30 AM.
For late check-out you must inquire with the Reception Desk at the time of check-in (Extra cost).
Bracelet information
All bracelets must be returned at check-out. If bracelet is lost or returned damaged, you
will be required to pay USD$200 per bracelet.
All-Inclusive
The All-Inclusive rate that is detailed on your confirmation email will be charged at check-in for the number
of people listed on the confirmation.
Any guest that checks into the resort after 12 AM midnight due to scheduled flights will pay only 50% of
the all-inclusive for the first night. Any arrivals prior to midnight pay the full All-Inclusive rate as normal.
The All-Inclusive fee is non-refundable. Should you decide to depart the resort prior to your departure date
you will not receive a refund.
There is a mandatory supplement fee for the nights of December 24th & 31st for each event.
Golf Cart Pick-Up
For golf cart collection, the Lead Passenger must visit the golf cart center between 3 pm and 5 pm on the
day of arrival. A valid driver’s license must be presented, and a disclaimer must be signed. If arriving after
6 pm, the golf cart can be collected the following day after 9 am. A deposit of USD$100.00 (cash) must be
paid at the time of signing the Golf Cart contract; this will be refunded upon presenting deposit receipt and
returning the Golf Cart to the Golf Cart Center prior to check-out by 3:00pm at the latest. Refund of
deposit is not transferrable to future reservations and will be lost if not collected before check-out.
Alterations
You are limited to (1) one complementary alteration per reservation, after this if any further changes are
will result in a penalty of USD$75.00.
All alterations must be for the same calendar year and are subject to availability.
Refunds will not be permitted.
Cancellation/No Show
Confirmed reservations can be cancelled up to (90) days prior to arrival and will receive a full Accommodation Fee
credit valid for 2 years, less than 90 days’ notice or no show, will result in the Accommodation Fee being forfeited in its entirety.
This is a nonrefundable reservation. Early departure will result in forfeiting the accommodation fee entirely. The total amount of the All-Inclusive confirmed at the time of booking is required to be paid on arrival. Should you arrive with less people than the original booking states, you will still be required to pay the original All-Inclusive amount or you will be refused check-in. Should you need to decrease the number of people in your group, you may do so prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
General

No pets allowed.

PVS/LHVC cannot guarantee guarantee the view from any accommodation, nor can any special requests be guaranteed.

PVS/LHVC are not liable for any cost incurred due to a cancelled or rescheduled flight.

Guest are required to be on their best behavior. LHVC reserves the right to remove guests from the resortshould their behavior be deemed unacceptable.

Villa reservations may receive more than one Villa totaling the number of bedrooms reserved (dependent on season/occupancy)

LHVC reserves the right to relocate a confirmed guest reservation in alternative accommodations should it be deemed necessary.

Under occupancy of a unit can result in the relocation of a confirmed guest reservation. This is based on a minimum occupancy of 2 per room.

It is to the discretion of LHVC to reinstate a “No Show” reservation and is subject to availability.

PVS/LHVC shall not be held liable for any injury and/or loss or damage to persons or property for any reason.

If any damage should occur while occupying the accommodation you must notify LHVC immediately. Any and all damage fees are your immediate responsibility due prior to check out, If you fail to make payment and PVS receive notification, you must send immediate payment to PVS via Zelle.

PVS may request a separate security deposit of USD$300 to be sent via Zelle before check-in. This deposit will be held until after check-out.

If damage occurs: The fee will be deducted from your security deposit, and the remaining balance will be returned to you via Zelle within 7 days. If the damage fee exceeds the deposit amount, you must send the additional reimbursement via Zelle immediately upon notification.

Any theft or damage to a golf cart will result in fines/payment for repairs.

Lost Key cards will result in a US$2.00 fine per key and must be paid prior to check-out.

PVS/LHVC shall not be held liable for any items of value left in the accommodation any lost and found property will be held by the resort for exactly 14 days and will then be discarded.

Parking may not be provided nor guaranteed. Vehicles are left at your own risk/responsibility. Inquire to Parzel Vacation Stays for confirmation.
